Piedra Natural de Extremadura is the new promotional brand name which has been designed by the Junta (Regional Government) of Extremadura in order to identify the ornamental rock of the region.

Many territories promote their autochthonous products by means of the use of promotional brands. Piedra Natural de Extremadura aims to include as wide a range as possible of the rich variety of products available in our region.

Piedra Natural de Extremadura s also the starting point for a project which aims to endorse the products of the region and to promote knowledge of them among specifiers, increasing awareness of them and improving their reputation, in such a way that employment is created.

What does Natural Stone from Extremadura aim to achieve?

To clearly identify the fact that Extremadura is the origin of the products which are made here, in such a way that this can become a competitive advantage for the regional companies, both in and outside Extremadura.
To obtain a nucleus of products which can “create a range” for designing integrated promotional actions.
To constitute the central instrument upon which the whole promotion of the ornamental rock of the Autonomous Community is structured.

To take advantage of the synergies generated with the “Marca Extremadura”project, based on similar concepts to those already used but adapted to the natural stone of Extremadura.
